I would like to thank you for the inspiration you have given me regarding the assembly of a pictorial memory quilt. My mother and I were lucky enough to see you two years ago on the program "Simply Quilts" and were immediately drawn to the idea. I am just beginning my third quilt. The first one was a birthday gift for my husband and the second for my mother's 70th birthday. My mothers quilt grew like a weed and easily covers a queen size bed! It started out as a wall hanging and just kept growing. It's still a wall hanging but takes up a good portion of the wall. Mom was and still is a professional photographer so that leads to many photos. Thank you for sharing your talent with America's quilters. This project is truly a gift from the heart and well received.
