Photos-To-Fabric®Photos-To-Fabric is special paper used to transfer photographs and other images to fabric. All you need is access to a color copy machine, your home iron, and Photos-To-Fabric transfer paper. Your originals are not harmed and the resulting transfers are permanent, washable, and even "iron-able." It's too easy. You can find color copy machines at large office supply stores like OfficeMax, quick printers, some grocery stores, libraries, and Mailbox, Etc -- (This paper can not be used with computer printers or multi-use print/copy/fax machines.). This is the transfer paper you saw me use on "Simply Quilts". Beware of other transfer papers that won't let you put a hot iron on a completed transfer. For the best transfers Ami recommends Springmaid Southern Belle white 200 thread count 100% cotton fabric. It is the smoothest available. Use it right off the bolt, without pre-washing. Remember, the smoother the fabric, the better the resulting photo-transfer. Plan on one yard for every six sheets of transfer paper. $5.00 per yard, sold in one yard cuts only.
