Subject: Re: "Bad" links

The format of links needs to be different for different email
programs. The links posted by Pat Bergman are in the form that's
useable by AOL subscribers - they need to have the HREF, quote marks
and such in order to make the link "clickable" in their email. Those
characters, I believe, aren't displayed in an AOL user's email - they
just show up in everybody else's email.

I'm not using AOL, but my email program, Eudora, didn't have any
trouble with Pat's link, and it was clickable for me, even though I
can also see the HREF, quotes, etc. surrounding the link. Eudora
just highlights the center part between the quotes, and I click it.

If your email program doesn't know how to make such links clickable,
you can just copy everything between the quote marks and paste it
into your browser's address bar.

Subject: Featherweight Service in Houston Area

Hi all -- I usually just read everyone's posts, and enjoy them all so much
(except the gripers, that is ....)

Anyway ..... can anyone on this list refer me to a good, reliable, honest
repairman in the NW Houston or Pearland area? I have a couple of FWs that
I'd like to have serviced, but no one I know here knows a good place to
go.

Anyway suggestions will be most appreciated. Thanks!

Peg H.

12 Ways to Kill an Organization
Bob I loved your list of ways to kill an organization...may I use it?
This could be applied to almost any club..I'd love to share it with a
few friends.
And Pat Bergman, thanks for the links, I like having all these places to
look if my machine ever does stop working. So far my little
featherweight runs like a top and surely will outlast me.=20
