Once again, scraps of fabric, lace, ribbon and embroidery come into play. Some pieces of nostalgia are also included: a lace flower left over when making my wedding dress in 1974; an embroidered butterfly from a worn-out doily I made when I was 12; embroidered flowers cut from remnants of old doilies.
