This lecture features some of the over 150 quilts that I
have made. Experiences and understanding, both learning and lighthearted, are
shared along my journey.
Friendship Quilts
This lecture focuses on the different ways quiltmakers can
collaborate to create quilts which will exist as a legacy of the special
friendships between quiltmakers.
Medallion Magic
This lecture is devoted to the medallion style quilt. Several
quilts based on the medallion theme are used to explain what makes a medallion
quilt special and tricks you can use in creating your medallion quilts.
Vests with a Split Personality
A trunk show of several reversible vests (some
featured in Easy Reversible Vests) to demonstrate how to make quick and easy
vests that are fun to wear.
Workshops
Carol has a wide variety of workshops in half-day, full-day and two day format
covering basic quiltmaking techniques, tricks of the trade, reversible vests and
machine paper piecing techniques. The workshops offered are both process and
